1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for most products.
- To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items). These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

3. Refund Process
- We have 7 days return policy from the date of delivery to request a return.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- The time for the refund credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For payments made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer to an account provided by you.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photographs of the damaged/defective product and its packaging.

- For damaged/defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

- Exchanges are only available for the same product category and value. If you wish to choose a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

- If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer store credit, as per your preference.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item unless the exchange is due to a defective or damaged product.

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service immediately.
- If your order has already been processed for shipping, you may refuse delivery or return it following our standard return policy.
